Ingredients8 hot dogs
8 hot dog buns, split
Mango Mustard Sauce:
1 C chopped mango
juice of ½ lemon
½ C honey mustard
1. In a bowl, squeeze lemon over chopped apple to preserve mango color. Toss together. Stir in honey mustard. Cover and chill until meal time.
2. Preheat grill to medium heat. Place hot dogs on grill rack, about 4 to 5 inches from heat. Cook hot dogs to internal temperature of 165?F.
3. During last 3 to 4 minutes of cooking, open buns and place on indirect heat to lightly toast.
4. Place hot dogs into toasted buns. Spoon Mango Mustard sauce over hot dogs.
